We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our "TM-RoBo" at the Fukushima Patent Office. Before the implementation, it was difficult to make detailed judgments instantly regarding trademarks outside of our expertise, and we had to conduct several rounds of hearings and investigations with our clients. However, with the introduction of the product, the accuracy and speed of the hearings themselves have significantly improved, and the number of repeated hearings and investigations has drastically decreased, eliminating unnecessary back-and-forth. The impetus for the implementation was the expansion of the business, which led to an increase in the number of trademark applications and investigations. It was becoming difficult to manage operations with the existing personnel alone, making business improvement necessary. After the implementation, the efficiency of investigations significantly improved, with the speed of investigations increasing considerably. This time, we will explain "the mechanism of phonetic search."
